This product is sold in infant and toddler sizes. JJ Cole also sells items that coordinate with this cover, such as teething pads for car seat straps or matching diaper bags.
I picked mine up on Amazon for around $40; I opened it up to find that the interior lining felt extremely soft and cozy, and the cover was thick and very warm. It took me all of 1 minute to attach it to my car seat - it was just a matter of attaching the elastic straps around the bottom/back of the seat and pulling the restraint straps through the BundleMe's provided cutouts and voila - we were ready to roll. I put my baby in and was happy to see that she felt just as secure as ever. The top of the car seat cover zips down to enable you to place your child in and get her buckled up, then zips up to about her shoulder height. They allow enough material at the top to flip over her face while walking to/from your car when it's, say, 40 degrees below zero with windchill (which, sadly, happens occasionally in Minnesota in the winter). You are supposed to have your child secured snugly in her car seat and with bulky clothing/coats, this is difficult. When using JJ Cole's BundleMe, you are able to keep your baby warm while still strapping her tightly and securely in the car seat as the car seat manufacturer intended.
As JJ Cole states, the Urban BundleMe is machine washable (which is a must with any fabric coming into contact with your baby). I also really enjoy the look of the cover, shown here in Stealth. It's very stylish and matches my Graco car seat in Flint perfectly. Of course, it is available in a variety of colors so you should be able to find one that looks best with your car seat/you like.
In Conclusion
I would definitely recommend the JJ Cole Urban BundleMe car seat cover to a parent wishing to keep their baby bundled and warm while out and about. It's so nice not to have to bundle your baby up quite as much yet know that they're still warm and cozy and you are able to secure them in their car seat just as snugly! It is also a very easy to use product and looks awesome on my baby's car seat!
